For over 16 years Kristen has had the privilege of coaching sales professionals, restaurant owners, executives and business leaders cast a vision and operationalize a plan to reach their professional goals. She does this in conjunction with helping them balance all areas of their personal lives as well. Kristen delivers coaching through a 1 on 1 coaching relationship which involves hour-long coaching sessions on the phone as well as time spent together in person. She is an Intelligent Leadership Certified Executive Coach, a Certified Behavioral Analyst and also has Leadership Circle 360 Certification. These certifications mean she can assist all her clients to achieve their goals through self-leadership, team leadership, and organizational leadership.
When she isn’t coaching Coach K invests in her husband and 4 kids, their love of RV’ing and their passion for adventuring. She is a faithful servant of God and a faithful fan of the Denver Broncos. She and her family live in St. Louis, MO.

A leader at the Chick-fil-A Support Center for 17 years in Voice of Customer and Customer Experience, Kelly understands the Chick-fil-A culture, as well as, the critical importance of the Operator model. Leading and influencing strategy on hundreds of projects in menu, design and service innovation, as well as, spearheading the CEM and CARES programs, Kelly knows the operational complexities and dynamics of the Chick-fil-A business.
Her 20 plus year career in healthcare, IT and the hospitality industry has provided a broad background with an emphasis on team leadership, coaching, operations, process, innovation and analytics. Having worked for a non-profit, a publicly traded (#7 on Fortune 500) and a private multi-billion corporation, she has the knowledge of the unique dynamics associated with each of these types of corporations. She excels in communicating with all levels of the organization, including the Board of Directors and the C-Suite.
An Atlanta native, Kelly earned dual Masters’ from Georgia State University in Business Administration and Health Administration and holds a Bachelor of Science from Georgia Institute of Technology. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has two teenage boys.
Tracey is an Executive Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.

Tracey enjoys spending time with her husband, their two grown children and Teddy (her Labradoodle), traveling, decorating and reading. She and her husband, Jeff, live in Alabama-Roll Tide!
Jim spent over thirty years in the aerospace industry rising from an entry-level positions in industry leading companies such as TRW, Hughes Aircraft, Loral and Litton to executive standing including Director of Operations, VP of Sales & Marketing and VP of International Production.
He is convinced that success at every level is dependent on identifying goals and objectives, planning, implementation, impediment prediction, and crises management. Identification and placement of subordinate leaders and recognition of their contributions are critical components in achieving consistent and continuous success, but no more so than encouraging timely and forthright multi-directional communication and support.
He believes trust is arguably one of, if not, the most important element in achieving success whether it be in your career or in your personal relationships. Tracy has been married to Patrick for over 25 years and has 2 daughters - Delaney and McKenna. She loves God, animals and can always be seen with a smile on her face.
